With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

Your “day to day”

As part of the Data Insights & Analytics team, you’ll be a trusted analytical partner to the business — translating complex data into insights-rich recommendations that shape strategic choices. You will connect multiple data sources to build a holistic view of performance, risks and opportunities, and help embed a truly data-driven culture.

You will:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders as their go-to analytics sparring partner, leading complex analyses and strategic initiatives.
  • Integrate diverse data sources (commercial, retail audit, consumer, financial, operational) to deliver actionable insights and foresights — not just reporting.
  • Lead advanced analytics projects (scenario building, predictive approaches) to identify risks, opportunities and “what’s next.”
  • Co-create data-driven strategies with Portfolio, Brand, Programs and Commercial teams, influencing high-level decision-making.
  • Bridge business and technical teams — translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and ensure solutions drive measurable impact.
  • Own the narrative: turn analysis into clear stories, recommendations and business-ready materials that leaders can act on.
  • Elevate reporting workflows — improve clarity, efficiency and consistency of business & financial performance reporting.
  • Champion adoption of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, AI Tools) through stakeholder enablement and training.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Data Science (or similar).
  • Proven successful experience in business analysis, commercial analytics or strategy (FMCG / consumer goods / consulting strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead complex analyses and translate them into strategic insights and clear recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management & storytelling skills — confident influencing senior audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI and SQL; Snowflake and Python are a strong advantage.
  • High learning agility, proactive ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
