Your ‘day to day’
As a Commercial Analyst, you will provide Commercial Organization with comprehensive reports and reporting tools to monitor company’s performance, evaluate and plan commercial initiatives. You will also:
• Drive and cultivate a data-driven culture in the organization – analyse complex business problems using multiple data sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations to daily business operations and strategic decisions.
• Provide comprehensive reports on market trends, share of market and sales volume developments, monitor company’s performance against KPIs.
• Prepare sales volume forecasts, business cases for new initiatives, and present your inputs to diverse group of stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, Management Team and others.
• Ensure data quality and maintenance and participate in various data initiatives – truly own and maintain your data domain, monitor data accuracy and entirety to ensure reliability and trustworthiness in reporting and analysis.
• Be an integral part of business decision-making and support management in budget and strategy preparation.
• Support Commercial organization with ad-hoc analysis on ever-evolving business landscape and expectations, acting as a strategic partner to all Commercial functions.
Who we’re looking for:
• A university degree in data-driven field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• Proven successful experience in data-focused roles, preferably in FMCG industry, market or consumer research with a particular focus on business data analysis, insights generation and planning.
• Experience and proven skills in working with data visualization tools (such as PBI) and data querying languages (SQL), ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to various groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data and numbers into business language and propose an actionable plan, product demand forecast, a robust business case.
• Strong critical thinking, fast decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent skills of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience or interest in automation and AI-enhanced reporting.
• Fluent English language.
Would be considered as an advantage:
• Experience in working with Snowflake technology.
• Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence tools.

Salary range for this role is from 4230 EUR gross to 5200 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
