Today, we are looking for Supervisor Digital Implementation & Channel Development to join our team in Tunisia.

 

This role is based in Tunis.

 

Your ‘day to day:

 

  • Digital Tools Management & Deployment

 

  • Consult on leading the maintenance, updates, and evolution of all field‑related digital tools, ensuring stability, usability, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with Digital Systems, IT, and external partners to guarantee timely deployment of new features, solutions, and platforms.
  • Ensure digital tools are integrated effectively with field operations, with clear workflows, support processes, and adoption plans.

 

  • Field Integration & User Adoption

 

  • Work closely with the field management teams to ensure digital tools are fully embedded into daily routines and support performance objectives.
  • Monitor user adoption, response rates, and engagement levels; develop actions to continuously improve usage and drive compliance.
  • Support the field teams through structured communication, change management, and on‑ground insights to ensure solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful.

 

  • Digital Strategy & Continuous Improvement

 

  • Identify opportunities for new digital capabilities or enhancements that address market challenges and support commercial goals.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for optimizing the digital ecosystem and maximizing the value of deployed solutions.
  • Establish yearly digital roadmaps aligned with business objectives, ensuring tools proactively support field excellence and consumer engagement priorities.

 

  • Reporting, Data Accuracy & Performance Tracking

 

  • Partner with Data Insights & Analytics to ensure robust reporting for all digital tools, including metrics on field performance, tool effectiveness, and user engagement.
  • Continuously monitor data accuracy, completeness, and routing logic to ensure reliable insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend corrective actions, accelerations, or process updates as needed.

 

  • Project Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

 

  • Consult on leading cross‑functional digital initiatives involving Digital Systems, IT, Marketing, Procurement, external agencies, and field teams.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business expectations.

 

  • Budget Management

 

  • Consult on managing the digital tools and project budget, including forecasting, cost tracking.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies while optimizing resource allocation and investment effectiveness.

 

  • Market Intelligence

 

  • Establish and maintain a market intelligence framework to track digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for future tools, enhancements, or strategic shifts.

 

  • Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital content, Tasking and Reward strategies.
  • Ability to analyze Commercial financial data and prepare reports.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid experience in people management.
  • Proficiency in English & French both written & spoken.
