About the Role
The REEV Operations Sr Executive supports the Digital Operations team by coordinating initiatives across the REEV ecosystem. You will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, connect teams and vendors, and improve digital processes that support business growth.
Impact You'll Own
- Enable reliable digital execution by coordinating the pipeline, requirements and deployment schedules.
- Improve operational visibility through accurate planning data, reporting and analysis.
- Strengthen platform controls by monitoring activity flow, points issuance and redemptions.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute digital activities across the REEV pipeline.
- Maintain planning tools and align stakeholder requirements, owners and timelines.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results and recommend process improvements.
- Complete regular controls for platform points issuance and redemptions.
- Manage vendor relationships, translate business needs into technical requirements and track deliverables.
Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar role, ideally in retail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Clear communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM or social media tools.
- Experience managing vendors or delivering digital platform developments.
