ABOUT THE ROLE

 

 

This role aligns and manages functional project managers with business goals and objectives, reviews, and approval of business cases, KPIs, and maintains communication with all stakeholders. This role will work with the Manager Program Delivery as it will manage the Governance and project portfolio to enable the achievement of KPIs and ensure the achievement of the organization's OGSMs.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

 

(S&PD Model)

Becoming a dedicated project manager by leading and deploying gate 0 in the S&PD model, to assist in achieving business objectives - Consistent KPIS and budget monitoring – Aim for OGSMs and RBH Must Win Battles.

 

Programs

Manage strategic project progress against KPIs, milestones, and budgets, ensuring timely updates through the project reporting system (ePPM), steering committees, and recommending corrective actions as needed. Furthermore, becoming the owner between functional managers and the S&PD review board.

* Project Manager associates with being accountable for deliverables, reviewing project budgets and resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable throughout the project lifecycle via Gantt charts/ePPM.

 

SteerCo

Organize and initiate Steering Committee meetings along with stakeholders for projects Program Delivery participates in order to provide strategic oversight and guidance on achieving broader business objectives and capturing actuals.

 

SME/Developer

Subject Matter expert in coaching functional project leads on project management techniques/solutions to better equip them in their role and meet company objectives. Establishing the unison of templates, programs, and platforms.

 

Support

Support the maintenance and evolution of an appropriate governance structure enabling the achievement of business objectives/OGSMs and main RBH Must Win Battles (route to market, etc.). Support the reporting of project/initiative outcomes to senior management.

 

Governance Process

Continuously review processes through the lens of how project managers and stakeholders participate to maintain a lean and efficient governance process and ongoing participation by all.

 

Tracking

Support the oversight of material investment projects/initiatives by tracking progress against KPIs, milestones, and budgets, ensuring timely updates through the ePPM. Recommending areas of concern for escalation and corrective actions as needed. Work cross-functionally with functional teams as well as support functions (IT, Finance, etc.) to enable seamless access to IT capex and the reporting of actual costs.

 

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

 

College/University degrees in relevant fields

Project Management Certification and have and/or am working towards the PMP designation. Ability to manage several projects of various calibers at the same time.

3+ Years of Managing and Coordinating Projects.

3+ Years of Agile Way of Working. Including Scrum Master, Lean, and Change Management.

2+ OmniChannel Experience

FFWD Experimentation Experience

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams under the pressure of time and results.  Strong business acumen, consumer, and product knowledge.

Experience in multi-product/multicategory business.

Analytical and critical thinking skills are strongly preferred. 

Strong project management skills are required.

For this position, the salary starts at $106,820 and is a 14-month contract.
