ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Lead REEV Platform Advancement role is a multifaceted position focused on the management and development of the Fielo, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Builder platforms. This includes ensuring these platforms are optimized for performance, continuously improved to meet business needs, and introducing new features to enhance functionality and user experience. Additionally, the role involves the operational deployment of commercial campaigns, enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of the RBH Connect platform, and maintaining optimal upload performance.

Impact: This role is crucial for ensuring that our platforms not only meet but exceed user expectations. By optimizing performance, enhancing user engagement, and introducing new features, the REEV Platform Advancement role directly contributes to the overall success and growth of our digital initiatives.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

User Experience and Interface Design:

    • Oversee the UX/UI design of the RBH Connect platform.
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
    • Collaborate with developers to implement design changes.
    • Continuously test and refine the design to enhance usability and engagement.

Performance Optimization:

    • Monitor and maintain the platform's upload performance.
    • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
    • Implement strategies to ensure the platform operates at optimal levels.

Marketing Cloud Platform Management:

    • Manage and optimize the marketing cloud platform.
    • Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Drive customer engagement through various channels, including emails, SMS, and notifications.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

Operational Marketing Campaigns Implementation:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor operational marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes.
    • Track and report on campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.

Campaign Metrics Analysis:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement rates.
    • Analyze customer behavior and campaign impact using data analytics tools.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on metric analysis.

Fielo Platform Development:

    • Maintain existing features of the Fielo platform.
    • Introduce new features to enhance functionality and user experience.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new feature development.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Strong background in UX/UI design.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, and notification-based marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with the Fielo platform or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
