Your day to day

As Manager ITM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy, methodology, and approach. You will ensure a comprehensive talent and performance management framework and develop a robust succession pipeline for key roles.

 

The Role

 

As Manager ITM, you will support in shaping Talent Strategy, methodology and approach by ensuring a comprehensive talent and performance management framework and strong succession pipeline for core roles.

 

You will develop, deploy, and manage the Learning and Development offerings across RBH creating the best experience for our employees in upskilling / re-skilling their capabilities. Ensure maximum integration and relevancy of learning and development activities across the region and globally and minimum duplication of effort and spending. You will also play a key role designing the local strategy that will develop employees’ capabilities for today and the future, enhance their mindsets and adapt their behaviors to enable a cultural transformation across the organization, aligned with the company values and business priorities.

 

Reporting directly to the Senior Integrated Talent Management Manager for Canada, you will work closely with the People & Culture leadership team and other functions and senior leaders to deliver results in the areas of your accountability. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Identifying critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results
  • Implement career frameworks to support career development
  • Design and implement People/Talent Strategy
  • Managing performance review processes and tools
  • Linking individual and team performance results to development opportunities
  • Create and deploy strategic frameworks for succession planning
  • Design, implement, and monitor the learning strategy for Canada, ensuring alignment with regional and global People & Culture strategies. Collaborate closely with local management and regional/global subject matter experts (SMEs) to achieve this.
  • Diagnoses, design, develop and deliver solutions that accelerate critical capabilities and skills at the organizational level to support business strategy, drive performance and narrow competency gaps.
  • Act as Learning SME and advise leadership teams on learning and development approach and framework, learning solutions targeted to specific business needs, measurement of strategic learning initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with global and regional counterparts, including vendors as required, with contracting, project planning, execution of selected learning projects or delivering of services in scope, anticipating, innovating, monitoring, and efficient use of allocated resources.
  • Act as internal trainer/facilitator as required.
  • Embed ownership of transformation across the entire organization through leadership development, learning and culture initiatives.

 

  • Engage and consult with internal stakeholders on learning needs across all functions.
  • Deliver actionable and impactful insights by defining, assessing, and tracking leadership behaviors, culture indicators, and employee development metrics. Your insights will drive strategic decisions and enhance organizational performance.
  • Increase the pace of learning and the capability of our organization in critical domains through a best-in-class curriculum of knowledge, skills and behaviours.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Required Knowledge of & Experiences in:

  • Proven expertise in Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Performance anad Talent Management.
  • Learning needs assessment, strategy development, strategy implementation, project management, dashboard development and metric-tracking.
  • Experience working with companies that have gone through significant changes (Cultural Transformation) will be highly appreciated.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders (including vendor relationship)
  • Facilitating and delivering high-stakes learning initiatives or leaders audience sessions
  • Using data and evidence to identify/manage capability needs and gaps
  • Evaluating impact of learning solutions and initiatives using various metrics, and adjusting strategies based on feedback and results

 

Required Skill in:

  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Engaging, diagnosing, analyzing findings, generating options and building commitment to solutions.
  • Delivering solutions within dynamic environments undergoing change;
  • Analytical and decision-making, facilitation, innovative problem solving, and influencing;
  • Strong organizational, planning and time/project management skills;
  • High interpersonal skills, collaborative, team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making;
  • Good knowledge on Artificial Intelligence trends and applications on its field
  • Software: MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Copilot

 

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with the need to work from the office at least 3 days a week
  • Ability to travel if required (10-20%).
