Inkompass Field Sales Program
Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is seeking talented self-starters for our Early Careers Program. This structured program, based on RBH’s Talent Development Model, is designed to develop talent and accelerate career progression.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We offer a progressive and accelerated development experience over 4 months, with the possibility of extension. Our learning ecosystem includes functional rotations, skill development, behavioural training, coaching and mentoring, and team collaboration on projects. Enrich your knowledge and experience in the sales field by learning from others while performing key business roles. Each student will enjoy an immersive, exciting, and inspiring experience for personal growth, balance, and engagement.
Commercial:
Develop functional knowledge and understanding of commercial programs from strategy to execution, including offline and digital communications and engagement. Gain exposure and experience through partnerships with HQ-based sales and marketing functions.
Field Sales:
Gain a deep understanding of adult consumers and trade through direct engagement with consumers and retailers. Work with our field sales team and learn about sales office operations and processes. Introduce and support RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within your territory. Provide product education and support for both combustible and non-combustible brand families, support retailers, and participate in engagement programs. Liaise directly with retail owners/managers and front-line staff to build engagement and support for RBH products, growing our market share within your territory.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Manage and execute all assigned coverage, “Call to Action” activities, compliance with commercial agreements, and an assigned territory budget.
Work on expanding RBH’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our smoke-free vision.
Leverage your relationships within assigned stores to build a successful network, increasing product awareness among legal-age nicotine users interested in learning more about RBH.
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
- Graduation year of 2026, 2027 or 2028 (2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year undergraduate students) as well as MBA students
- Ongoing diploma in Business, Administration, Management or any related fields
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive team player attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be available physically in the location you’re applying for
- Excellent command of written English
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Individuals with a strong interest in sales, branding, communication, and marketing, who are driven, curious, and able to work well with others.
People who enjoy working with adult consumers and exceeding established goals.
Candidates comfortable with a hybrid position, working remotely, attending industry events, being in the field, and managing client relationships.
Access to a car, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid driver’s license are required, as travel is necessary for this position.
Evaluation Process
Applicants who meet the criteria will be invited for a video interview to assess communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will then complete an online assessment to evaluate analytical skills.

Our internship program offers a base salary of 25$ per hour and a full-time schedule. Your travelling will be reimbursed by the company at a rate of 0,61$/km

After the summer, we offer opportunities to extend on a Part-time/Full-Time basis during the next semester, contract positions, as well as the possibility to be hired permanently for students who are close to graduation, if an opportunity becomes available and following a regular recruitment process.
For any internship position at Head Office, you will be required to be physically at the office from Monday to Wednesday (subject to changes at the discretion of the company)
