About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program
Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Who Can Apply?
We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:
- A master’s degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
- No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
- Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
- Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
Experience with:
- Category & Business Model Expertise: Provides deep knowledge of a category, fundamentals to guide commercial deployment, packaging, and product readiness.
- Strategic & Analytical Problem Solving: Leads fit‑gap analyses, opportunity assessments, and business cases to unlock growth and optimize deployment decisions.
- Complex Project & Program Management: Manages multi‑stakeholder, cross‑functional special projects from strategy to execution with discipline and clarity.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Influencing: Aligns local, regional, and global stakeholders, presenting cases to governance forums and ensuring shared ownership.
- Change Enablement & Capability Building: Develops toolkits, playbooks, and onboarding materials to enable markets and teams to execute new initiatives successfully.

Annual Salary starts at: $141,300 CAD + full benefits
