ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As COD Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the organization to enable the development of capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors to empower commercial area employees as they execute against our strategic plan. We are looking for a COD Executive who is customer and results oriented, has excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated growth mindset who works collaboratively to drive positive change.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

 

  • Leading in-person and virtual instructor led training programs to support the building of commercial capabilities.
  • Applying adult learning principles to the development of learning solutions to ensure relevance, impact, and effectiveness.
  • Reviewing, localizing, and deploying global capability building training content to maximize market relevance and application.
  • Advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization on the most appropriate approach for the implementation of learning solutions to support specific business needs.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Education

  • College/University degree

 

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in onboarding, training content development and delivery, or sales

 

Languages

  • French proficiency is an asset
  • Experience in CPS or international companies is an asset
