ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Partnership Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic and financial initiatives across multiple categories. This role leads monthly performance routines, business case development, and data analytics to inform decision-making and move key initiatives forward based on specialized business knowledge used to translate business inputs into financial actions.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Lead the consolidation and preparation of monthly performance decks, internal presentations, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Commercial teams to gather inputs and build business scenarios that support decision-making, such as P&L scenarios and ROI calculations.
- Lead projects and reporting related to cross-category performance by consolidating the inputs from relevant teams and stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment with strategic business goals.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI and various financial systems to extract data, generate insights, and deliver fact-based recommendations and analysis.
- Manage the annual operating budget cycle, ensuring clear task ownership, timely deliverables, and effective review sessions.
- Provide financial and strategic support for new product launches and category expansion initiatives by working on business cases.
- Maintain and update competitive financial data to support insights for key categories. Analyze competitor data to inform pricing strategies, investment decisions, and trade initiatives.
- Monitor business performance against strategic goals and key metrics by tracking performance against annual targets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- College/University, Major in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or Strategic Planning in international companies, preferably in FMCG or consumer business.
- Project lead, data visualization and storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

This position is a split Salary Grade, the salary starts at 95,380$ to $106,820 with a full range of benefits.
