Your Day-to-Day
The Brand Experience Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer and brand experiences through direct LANUs interactions, as well as planning and hosting events and experiential activations. This role involves engaging with LANUs to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products, categories, and brand values. Additionally, the executive will lead and execute experiential activations, including festivals and concerts, to enhance the brand experience. This includes hosting targeted activations, interacting with LANUs, and maintaining the event's energy and flow. The ideal candidate will possess a charismatic presence, excellent public speaking skills, and the ability to connect with diverse LANU audiences.
You Will Be Accountable For:
- Activation Planning and Hosting: Plan, organize, and host brand experiential events. Serve as the primary lead for all exclusive SFP consumer activations. Engage and interact with consumers to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Consumer Journey Development: Collaborate with the agency, CX Teams and the Manager of Experiential Marketing to prepare and follow a detailed journey, ensuring all key touchpoints are covered. Build contingencies for any issues or unexpected situations that may arise during the events/activations with professionalism and poise.
- LANU Engagement: Interact with LANUs directly to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues. Maintain the activation energy and flow, keeping the audience engaged and the event on track.
- Educational Content Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative content, including sampling, guided trials, and category education, during LANUs interactions. Always maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the agency, Brand team and the Manager of Experiential Marketing to develop content for delivery at various consumer interactions.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure educational content is accurate and consistent. Ensure event logistics and planning are well communicated.
- LANUs Feedback Collection: Gather and report on LANUs feedback to understand their educational needs and improve their experience.
- Staff Support: Assist in training the activation hostess and staff to provide exceptional customer experience and product knowledge.
- Brand Guidelines Compliance: Represent the brand positively and professionally, aligning with the company's values and image. Ensure all educational materials and interactions follow the brand’s guidelines and regulations.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on the success of the activation, LANUs interactions and educational initiatives.
You Are the Right Person for This Job If You:
- Education: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Have experience in experiential marketing, event planning, brand management, marketing, education, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in experiential marketing, event planning (including festivals and concerts), and consumer engagement activations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools and analytics.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel for events and meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

For this position, the salary range is between $95,380 based on the experience level
