Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Projects Delivery, the Manager, Digital Projects owns the governance and delivery of assigned digital projects. You'll ensure Paid, Earned and Owned Media strategies and programs are planned, deployed and optimised — acting as the key bridge between Digital and the wider business.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned digital projects, partnering with Marketing, Consumer Experience and Commercial Operations to plan and deliver from start to finish.
  • Prioritise strategic objectives against business KPIs and manage the resources needed for delivery, using internal, consultancy or partner teams.
  • Act as a Digital Business Partner across workstreams (Activation, Projects & Insights, Media, Owned Platforms), interfacing closely with IT.
  • Plan, design and deliver innovative digital communication programs across Paid, Owned and Earned media, including reporting and optimisation.
  • Drive project governance — from roadmaps to business requirements — and manage transitions through build, UAT and release, alongside Legal and Compliance reviews.
  • Champion process governance and help drive the transformation agenda, using AI, automation and process optimisation to accelerate delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in digital marketing within high-technology or FMCG companies, with a track record of measuring effectiveness through data-driven metrics.
  • Strong program management skills — governance, prioritisation, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Solid understanding of paid, owned and earned media strategies and digital ecosystems.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
