Purpose of the Position:
1) Enable compliant and effective commercial operations through strong governance frameworks, policies, controls, and SOPs.
2) Strengthen business integrity and operational resilience through governance, risk management, and fraud prevention while maintaining a seamless consumer experience.
3) Enhance governance capabilities through data-driven insights, automation, AI, and digital solutions to support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.
Accountabilities
・Lead the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies, controls, and SOPs in line with PMJ/PMI requirements and local regulations.
・Lead the standardization and optimization of omni-channel processes to ensure compliant, consistent, and efficient execution across commercial operations through monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement.
・Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement to strengthen governance, risk management, and operational compliance across commercial channels and consumer interactions.
・ Lead fraud prevention activities, including monitoring, reporting, investigations, escalations, and control enhancements, to ensure timely identification and mitigation of risks.
・ Drive the enhancement of governance monitoring, reporting, and systematic controls by leveraging data analytics, automation, AI, and digital solutions to improve visibility, efficiency, and risk management.
・ Support compliance assessments, audits, CAD/IC reviews, and remediation activities to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English (verbal, written, presentation)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial operations
- Operation Flow mapping development and/or understanding
- Knowledge of fraud management and prevention practices
- Process management and continuous improvement skills
- Data processing, analysis, and reporting skills
- Understanding of transaction monitoring and control design
- Familiarity with automation, AI, or digital fraud solutions is an advantage
