Purpose of the Position

Provide strategic leadership for global platform implementation and integration, driving operational transformation and establishing scalable, future-ready foundations for omni-channel business operations.

 

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Platform Leadership

  • Lead the strategic implementation of global platforms, building robust and scalable foundations to enable efficient omni-channel operations.
  • Drive operational change management initiatives, including the optimization of business rules and end-to-end operational processes, to maximize the value of global platform capabilities.

 

Global Platform Integration Scope 

  • Enterprise systems, including AI-powered solutions.
  • Migration from Enterprise System A to Enterprise System B.

 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration by transforming ways of working.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional Commercial Planning teams and key stakeholders to drive organizational alignment and successful adoption of new platforms.

                                                                                                                                 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (verbal, written, and presentation skills) and fluent English
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial or business-facing function
  • Proven track record in process design, optimization, and operational management
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, including team supervision and development
  • Strong background in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to finance operations is considered an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in end-to-end operational processes
  • Solid business acumen with a commercial mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High learning agility with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Proven experience in project management and execution
  • Hands-on expertise in process management and continuous improvement
  • Good understanding of commercial compliance and governance requirements
  • Familiarity with system architecture and workflow design
