INKOMPASS is a global internship program by Philip Morris International that enables you to discover yourself by working in a creative, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment. This is a paid internship based in Philip Morris Japan’s Tokyo office.
 

When you intern with us, you will be given an opportunity to:

Who can apply? We are looking for students who are:

• Undergraduate or graduate students, graduating in Fall '26 or Spring ‘27 - in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields.
• Fluent in Japanese and advanced level in English
• Top talent students with potential to grow into managerial roles within the next 3-5 years
• Eager to lean & open minded
• Excellent team players

Assessment Center and Dates:

• We will be hosting two Assessment Centers this year- 1 is an in-person in Tokyo (On-Ground Assessment, 25 June) and a Virtual Assessment on 5 June for students living outside of Japan.
• The internship will be in-person in Philip Morris Japan's Tokyo office from 4th to 29th of August

Select interns will be offered Full-Time Employment at Philip Morris Japan after graduation.
