Head of Strategy Commercial Strategy & Deployment (Shutoken Region)
Purpose of the Role
TheHead of Strategy Commercial Strategy & Deployment plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial vision for the Shutoken region. This role ensures that national strategic priorities are effectively translated into localized, actionable plans that drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. The role acts as a strategic integrator across functions, aligning business objectives with market realities and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Execution
- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with national and corporate priorities.
- Translate long-term strategic goals into actionable regional plans and initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market dynamics and consumer insights.
Planning & Budgeting
- Lead the annual and long-range planning cycles, ensuring cross-functional alignment and feasibility.
- Manage regional budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making.
Market & Performance Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform commercial planning.
- Analyze commercial performance data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and market intelligence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across FSF regions, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Digital, and Finance teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on regional commercial matters.
- Lead the development and deployment of planning tools, dashboards, and frameworks to support execution.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional planning processes and delivering strategic outcomes.
- Experience in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder environments.
