Purpose of the Position:

• Lead new program launch with system readiness

• Lead project bridging with x-functional teams

Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of program and operation enhancement towards omni-channel consumer engagement, collaborating with all x-functional stakeholders (CX, Channel, CE, CI&A, Digital, IT and other concerned parties)
• Oversee global system migration projects (e.g. DCX, REEV)
• Conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous system and operational improvements, working closely with Governance team and channel teams.

Requirements

• Degree
• Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation), English- Advanced
• Commercial operations Experience  5+ years
• Process design and management
• Project lead
• Business Understanding
