Your ‘day to day’

As a Service Delivery Executive at PMI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless route-to-market operations and supporting our transformation towards a smoke-free future. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end product flow and distribution, driving operational excellence, compliance, and strong performance across the supply chain, while your day-to-day activities will focus on optimizing fulfillment, logistics, and execution efficiency

.

  • Ensure seamless import of finished goods, from production planning to market availability
  • Manage tax stickers procurement, reconciliation, and full compliance with local regulations
  • Coordinate with Finance, Tax, and Manufacturing to secure timely payments and availability
  • Oversee accurate customs documentation and compliance with import/export procedures
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure readiness for new products and portfolio updates
  • Drive efficient route-to-market operations, ensuring product availability at all times
  • Plan and optimize inventory levels (DOI) across all distribution warehouses
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and data alignment with distributors and partners
  • Maintain high warehouse standards in quality, safety, and compliance (EHS & PMI standards)
  • Manage logistics service providers, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and service quality
  • Lead initiatives to optimize distribution flows and improve operational productivity
  • Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and support financial process controls
  • Drive Track & Trace compliance and support product quality management across the market

 

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics, preferably in Supply Chain or Planning
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven planning and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts (P&L, cash flow) and budget planning processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with SAP and supply chain/forecasting systems (e.g., E2OPEN) is a plus
