Your role

As a Digital Executive, you will lead the local digital strategy and create seamless consumer experiences across all digital touchpoints. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain B2C digital solutions – websites, CRM, marketing automation, microsites, and chatbots, while managing third-party vendors.
2. Optimize website UX and e-commerce performance – oversee content strategy, catalogue management, and analytics.
3. Execute paid media and lead generation campaigns – manage media buying, content creation, and performance tracking.
4. Drive social media presence – coordinate agencies, monitor engagement, and implement content strategies.
5. Manage CRM and SEO initiatives – audience segmentation, campaign execution, and website optimization.
6. Ensure compliance and integrity – apply PMI principles and legal standards across all digital activities.

Who we’re looking for

A proactive, digitally savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful consumer experiences.

• University degree in Business Information, IT, Digital Marketing or Economics, plus relevant certifications (PMP, Google, Facebook, HubSpot).
• 3+ years of experience, including: 2 years in digital marketing (mandatory) & 1 year in digital project management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of website management, UX, paid media, and ideally e-commerce, lead generation, social media, CRM, SEO.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluency in English and Albanian.
