אנחנו מחפשים אחראי/ת אבטחה שיובילו את ניהול מערך האבטחה הפיזי של אתרי החברה, תוך שמירה על אבטחת שרשרת האספקה. התפקיד כולל כ-50% עבודה בשטח, ומחייב ידע מעמיק במערכות אבטחה מתקדמות, בניהול סיכונים ומהימנות העובדים.

• ניהול מוקד הביטחון של החברה
• ניהול ספקי שירותי אבטחה
• עיסוק שוטף בתהליכי רכש

אז מה אנחנו מחפשים (יכולות וניסיון)?

• 3-4 שנות ניסיון בניהול אבטחה.
• ניסיון מוכח בביצוע ביקורות שטח וניהול פעולות אבטחה.
• יכולת תקשורת מצוינת באנגלית בכתב ובע"פ - חובה
• נכונות לעבודה משולבת משרד ושטח בחלוקה של כ- 50%-50%
• ידע טכני במערכות אבטחה מתקדמות. 
• יכולת ניתוח נתונים והכנת דוחות מפורטים.
• יכולת פתרון בעיות במהירות, תשומת לב לפרטים ומחויבות לסטנדרטים אתיים גבוהים.

Security Lead - PMI Security Operation

We are looking for a talented and experienced Security Lead to manage the physical security of our company sites and ensuring the security of the supply chain.
The role involves approximately 50% fieldwork and requires in-depth knowledge of advanced security systems, risk management, and employee reliability.

The selected candidate will be reporting to Snr. Security Lead - PMI Security Operations

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• Conducting various field audits for company employees.
• Providing security training for field employees.
• Managing access control systems.
• Overseeing the employee reliability process.
• Managing the security guard team.
• Operating the company's SOC.
• Managing security service providers.
• Regularly handling procurement processes.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

• 3-4 years of experience in security management.
• Proven experience in conducting field audits and managing security operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in approximately 50%-50% office and fieldwork split.
• Technical knowledge of advanced security systems.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Quick problem-solving skills, attention to details, and commitment to high ethical standards.

Advantages:

• Relevant bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Relevant security certifications such as security management courses, and employee reliability training are advantageous.
