אנו מציעים את ההזדמנות להצטרף למחלקת התפעול שלנו בתל אביב כמנהל/ת יחידת שרשרת האספקה.

המועמד הנבחר יעבוד בסביבה מאתגרת, דינמית ובינלאומית וינהל את מתן השירות במסגרת תפעול שרשרת האספקה של PMI בישראל באמצעות שיתוף פעולה אפקטיבי עם צוותי מכירות, מחלקת שיווק וצוותי PMI OCS תוך ניהול ספקים בתחום שרשרת האספקה בעיקר בישראל (הובלה יבשתית, בונדד, עמיל מכס, וכו'(.
המועמד הנבחר ינהל את שרשרת האספקה של מוצרי הטבק מהמפעל לשוק וכן יבטיח רמות מלאי אופטימליות ל-PMI בישראל על מנת לעמוד ביעדי המכירות כפי שנקבעו על ידי החברה על ידי חיזוי, פתרון כל בעיה שעלולה לצוץ ותיקון המצב.
המועמד הנבחר ינהל את המרחב התפעולי במרכזי ההפצה על ידי הובלת מנהלי התפעול וכלל הצוות.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

• ניהול הקשר היומיומי במרכזי ההפצה כדי לאפשר הפצה נכונה של המותגים שלנו, פיקוח על אירועי אספקה אפשריים או בעיות המתרחשות בשוק, פתרון בעיות והימנעות ממצבי Out of Stock. ארגון ותכנון לוגיסטי על מנת להבטיח אספקת מלאי בזמן ממחסני הבונדד והבטחת אספקה סדירה של מוצרים. אחריות על ניהול מחסן אביזרי הפרסום. ניתוח נתוני שוק שבועיים המתקבלים ממערכות PML , זאת על מנת לקבל החלטות לגבי שינויים בהזמנות ובתוכניות המשלוח. הבטחת רמות מלאי נאותות במחסנים אזוריים שונים.
• מחסן בונדד והובלה:
  ארגון, תיאום וניהול כלל המשימות הקשורות להזמנת הסחורה ממחסני הבונדד, תוך הבטחת כמויות נאותות של אספקת מלאי, בנפח ובזמן שיתאימו לדרישות מרכזי ההפצה והסיטונאים.
  הקפדה על הובלת הסחורה ממחסני הבונדד לכלל מרכזי ההפצה והסיטונאים, תוך שמירה על לוחות הזמנים שנקבעו במדיניות. הקפדה על קשרים עסקיים טובים וזרימת מידע שוטפת.
• מהדורות מיוחדות, מבצעים, השקות מוצרים חדשים:
  תיאום עם מחלקות S&OP, שיווק, ומכירות, ייצור ותכנון מוצרי קידום, מכירות והשקת מוצרים חדשים על מנת להבטיח הפצה נכונה בזמן. צפיית בעיות עתידיות העלולות להשפיע על ביצוע הפעילות והעברת האירועים לגורמים המושפעים מכך ישירות, זאת תוך מתן פתרונות חלופיים לבעיות. מעקב אחר כל פעילות עד לסיום המלאי.
• ניהול המרחב התפעולי במרכזי ההפצה:
  ניהול שוטף של מרכזי ההפצה, קשר עם בעלי הנכסים והרשויות, תיעוד וניהול תנועות מלאי בהתאם למדיניות החברה, ניהול ישיר של 3 מנהלי צוותים וניהול עקיף של כ-20 עובדים.
• תקציב:
  תכנון וניהול תקציב ייצור, הובלה ואחסון בארץ ובחו"ל, שיפור תהליכים תפעוליים, ניהול ספקים ורשויות מקומיות, ניהול המחסנים התפעוליים, הוצאות שוטפות בהתאם למדיניות.
• בטיחות ותברואה:
  הקפדה על נהלי בטיחות הובלה ואחסון בארץ ובחו"ל, על מנת ליצור סביבת עבודה בטוחה והגנה על עובדי החברה, המלאי ונכסיה.

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתחום שרשרת אספקה/לוגיסטיקה/מכירות
• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול עובדים/מנהלים
• הבנה עסקית ויכולת ליישר קו בין מטרות הצוות לאסטרטגיה
• שליטה מלאה בכלי Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית
• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ, גמישות ויכולת שיתוף פעולה

We are looking for Service Delivery Manager!

We offer the opportunity to join our Operation Department in Tel Aviv as Manager Service Delivery unit. The selected candidate will work in a challenging, dynamic and international environment and will manage the Service Delivery as part of the Operation Customer Service of PM Israel through effective cooperation with sales teams, marketing department and PMI OCS teams, while managing vendors in the area of Supply chain mainly in Israel (land transportation, Bonded, Custom broker, etc.)
Manage the tobacco products supply chain from factory to market. Guarantee optimum stock levels for PML in Israel in order to meet sales objectives as set by the company by anticipating, resolving any problems that may come up and correcting the situation
Manage the operational area in the depots by leading the Warehouse supervisors and the whole team

The selected candidate will be reporting to Director Sales Israel

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• PML Israel distribution relationship
  Manage the day-to-day relationship in the distribution centers and distributors to allow the correct distribution of our brands, monitor possible supply incidents or problems taking place in the market resolve and avoid OOS. Organize and plan logistics to ensure timely and effective stock clearance from the bonded warehouses and to ensure regular supply of product. Manage the POSM and premium warehouse. Analyze weekly market data obtained from available PML databases to make decisions about changes to the agreed orders and shipment plans. Ensure adequate stock levels (contractually agreed at national level) at different regional depots.

• Bonded warehouse and transportation
  Organize, co-ordinate and administer all the tasks connected with the ordering the goods from the bonded, ensuring adequate quantities of stock supply, in such a volume and time that it matches with the depots’ and wholesalers’ requirements.
  Ensure the transportation of the goods from the bonded warehouse to all depots and EZDs, keeping the delivery schedules laid down in policy. Ensuring good business relations & fluent information flow.

• Special editions, promotions, new product launches and revamps
  Coordinate together with S&OP, marketing/sales/production & planning the introduction of promotional products and new product launch (NPL) to ensure a proper and timely distribution in the market. Anticipate any problems that may affect the execution of a promotion and communicate the incidents to those parties directly affected, providing alternative solutions to the problems. Follow up on every promotion until stock end.

• Managing the depots (warehouses)
  Assure a smooth and efficient depot running by fluent contact with depot owner, depot supervisors and authorities, managing and documenting the various stock transactions and making sure they were properly authorized according to the relevant procedures and policies of the company. Managing 3 Supervisors Service Delivery directly & ~20 warehouse staff indirectly

• Budget
  Manage and plan the stock production, overseas and local transportation, stock storage at the Bonded and depots, strive to a constant improvement and efficient processes. Manage the depots operating include operating & coordinating of contractors, municipal authorities, Electricity, small internal cash expenses according to the relevant policies and procedures.

• Safety and sanitation
  Make sure all policies and procedures concerning the overseas and local transportation, stock storage at the Bonded and depots are being kept, making suggestion of ways to improve work conditions in order to make a safe working environment and protecting the company’s employee, stock and assets.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

• BA – Must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics area /Sales area
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing employees / supervisors
• Able to understand business needs, department strategies and autonomously align team objectives

• Excellent command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew languages
• Agile on change & results, collaborative, operating under pressure
