Join the Team Creating Outstanding Consumer Experiences
We're looking for a highly connected and relationship-driven professional to join our Consumer Activation team as a LAMP & Events Specialist.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing events, building relationships with venue operators and industry partners, and supporting consumer experiences across Legal Age Meeting Places (LAMPs) and other entertainment venues throughout Israel.

Impact You'll Own
- Strengthen PMI's presence across entertainment venues and events.
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Identify trends, new opportunities, and emerging venues.
- Deliver impactful consumer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with venue operators, event organizers, and business partners.
- Lead the execution of events and activations.
- Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and field teams.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and operational processes.
- Conduct regular field visits across Israel.
- Identify trends, new venues, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
Skills & Capabilities
Must Have
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High level of ownership and self-management.
- Strong execution and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Availability for frequent evening and night work.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluent Hebrew and good English skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or beverage industries.
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies, or production companies.
- Experience in partnerships, field sales, account management, or consumer-facing roles.
