Intern – Trade Programs & Planning אנחנו מגייסים סטודנט/ית לתפקיד

.Commercial Operations שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות

התפקיד כולל השתלבות בפרויקטים מסחריים אסטרטגיים, עבודה שוטפת עם נתונים וניתוחים, שיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים שונים בארגון ועבודה צמודה עם צוותי אנליטיקה, במטרה לתמוך בתכנון, יישום ומעקב אחר תכניות מסחריות מבוססות דאטה.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

• השתלבות ולקיחת חלק בפרויקטים מסחריים ותכניות אסטרטגיות.
• עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים לצורך איסוף מידע ותיאום פעילויות.
• עבודה עם צוותי אנליטיקה לצורך אפיון צרכים, ניתוח נתונים ובניית תובנות.
• סיוע בבניית תכניות ופעולות מבוססות נתונים.
• מעקב אחר התקדמות יוזמות ופרויקטים ותמיכה בתהליכי תכנון ובקרה.

אז מה אנחנו מחפשים (יכולות וניסיון)?

• סטודנט/ית לתואר ראשון במנהל עסקים, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי.
• הבנה ואוריינטציה לעולמות מסחריים ושיווקיים.
• יכולות ניהול פרויקטים ויכולת עבודה על מספר משימות במקביל.
• יכולת עבודה עם נתונים, Excel וניתוחים בסיסיים.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים שונים.
• חשיבה אנליטית, סדר ודיוק.
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כתיבה ודיבור, חובה.

יתרונות

• היכרות עם עולם הקמעונאות העקיפה או סביבה מסחרית רחבה.
• יתרון לסטודנטים/ות לתואר שני (MBA) עם ניסיון עבודה רלוונטי.

We are hiring  Intern – Trade Programs & Planning

We are hiring a student for the role of Intern - Trade Programs & Planning,

who will join the Commercial Operations team.

The role involves hands-on involvement in strategic commercial initiatives, working closely with data and analytics, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of data-driven trade programs..

This internship is designed for students with about one and a half years remaining until graduation, structured at approximately 50 percent workload for the coming year, with an opportunity for continued integration and future growth within the organization.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• Take part in strategic commercial projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support planning activities.
• Work closely with analytics teams to define data needs and analyze insights.
• Support the development of data-driven action plans.
• Assist in tracking progress and supporting planning and monitoring processes.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Commercial and marketing-oriented mindset.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel and data.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical thinking.
• High level of English, written and spoken, mandatory

Advantages

• Familiarity with indirect retail or a commercial FMCG environment.
• Advantage for MBA students with relevant work experience.
