Intern - Commercial P&C

אנחנו מגייסים סטודנט/ית לתפקיד Intern – Commercial P&C,
שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות People & Culture (P&C) .

התפקיד כולל השתלבות בעבודה השוטפת בעולם משאבי האנוש, תרומה לפיתוח והוצאה לפועל של תכניות HR בתחומי למידה, מעורבות עובדים ופיתוח עובדים, עבודה עם נתונים ושיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים שונים בארגון, לאורך מחזור חיי העובד.

התכנית מיועדת לסטודנטים/ות בתחילת הדרך, עם יתרה של עד שנה וחצי לסיום התואר, בהיקף של כ־50 אחוז משרה לשנה הקרובה ועם אפשרות להמשך השתלבות בארגון.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

• השתלבות ותמיכה בתכניות ותהליכי HR בתחומי למידה, מעורבות עובדים ופיתוח עובדים.
• תמיכה שוטפת בתהליכים לאורך מחזור חיי העובד.
• עבודה עם נתונים והפקת תובנות לצורך תמיכה בפעילות הצוות.
• שיתוף פעולה עם P&C Business Partners וממשקים נוספים בארגון.
• סיוע בליווי פרויקטים חוצי ארגון בתחום משאבי האנוש.

We are hiring  Intern - Commercial P&C

We are hiring a student for the role of Intern – Commercial P&C,
who will join the People & Culture (P&C) team.

The role involves hands-on exposure to core HR activities, contributing to the development and delivery of HR programs across learning, employee engagement, and people development. The intern will work with data and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, supporting the employee lifecycle and the team’s day-to-day activities.

This internship is designed for students with about one and a half years remaining until graduation, structured at approximately 50 percent workload for the coming year, with an opportunity for continued integration and future growth within the organization.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• Support HR programs related to learning, employee engagement, and people development.
• Provide ongoing support throughout employee lifecycle processes.
• Work with data and insights to support team activities.
• Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-organizational HR projects as needed.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s degree student, preferably in Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Data literacy and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• High level of Hebrew and English, written and spoken, manfatory.
• Team player with strong service orientation.
