Join our Marketing team and help bring consumer-focused brand initiatives to life. In this role, you'll support the execution of impactful campaigns, collaborate across functions, and contribute to building meaningful consumer experiences.

Impact You'll Own

• Support the delivery of successful brand campaigns and activations.
• Help strengthen consumer engagement and brand awareness.
• Drive effective collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
• Generate insights to improve marketing performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered with quality and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Create and coordinate consumer and customer-facing content.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support events, activations, and consumer engagement programs.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Work with global teams to ensure consistency of brand communications.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Haves

• 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management and/or an Advertising Agency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and content development abilities.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent Hebrew and high proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer marketing, or other customer-focused industries.
