Position Title:  Manager Finance

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and business growth. We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and serve as a Finance Business Partner for Azerbaijan, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Finance department and senior management to drive financial performance, support strategic planning, and deliver actionable insights that shape both short- and long-term business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Finance

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and planning.
• Lead financial discussions with the Management Team.
• Translate strategic goals into operational and financial plans aligned with market and regional priorities.
• Support the development of integrated business plans across commercial functions.
• Contribute to the rollout of Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) in the market.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends to inform financial strategy.
• Act as the key liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee local data governance in alignment with PMI standards.

Commercial Finance & Scenario Modeling

• Partner with commercial teams to evaluate ROI and guide investment decisions.
• Provide strategic options to improve business outcomes based on commercial and fiscal drivers.
• Develop financial scenarios to support business development and commercial planning.
• Identify trends and optimize channel mix to maximize ROI.
• Support business development initiatives as needed.

• Proven experience in finance, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Familiarity with data governance and financial modeling tools.
