Philip Morris International is looking for Channel Development Executive in Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development
- Support the creation and execution of strategic plans for key retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and improve execution.
Sales & Performance Management
- Contribute to annual and quarterly sales plans for assigned key accounts.
- Track performance by account and brand, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure product availability, optimal visibility, correct pricing, and sufficient stock levels across stores.
Business Growth & Negotiation
- Participate in negotiations and agreements with key partners to support mutually beneficial cooperation.
- Implement accounts-specific activities and ensure effective budget utilization.
- Coordinate new product introductions and support their successful rollout in key accounts.
Market & Competitive Insights
- Gather and analyze market data, customer trends, and publicly available competitive activities.
- Prepare findings and share insights with internal teams to support strategic decisions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams on channel‑specific programs.
- Contribute to the design and execution of trade initiatives, retail promotions, and channel activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the effectiveness of key account activities.
Execution & Operational Support
- Oversee execution standards in stores, including product placement, pricing updates, and inventory checks.
- Ensure strong implementation of retail programs and track compliance with agreed activities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to field teams on key account priorities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial roles in an international or reputable local company is an advantage.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, or large customer accounts is preferred.
- Native Georgian and advanced English language skills.
