Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful representation across all channels.
- Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing messages, media channels, and campaigns to maximize brand appeal and engagement.
- Design and execute innovative brand engagement initiatives that build deep connections with customers and reinforce brand equity.
- Curate compelling content that tells the brand story and is relevant to the audiences, supporting the brand through offline and digital activations.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring all touchpoints reflect the brand’s identity and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing and engagement campaigns, using data-driven insights and consumer feedback to optimize performance and fine-tune activation tactics.
- Manage allocated budgets for communication, marketing, and engagement activities, ensuring efficient and impactful use of resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, cohesive execution, and achievement of business goals.
- Adapt global strategies to local market needs, considering cultural differences and consumer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support campaign execution.
- Support junior colleagues as needed, providing guidance on processes and best practices. Lead small projects or parts of larger initiatives as needed.
- Address moderately complex challenges by integrating market and consumer data, engagement metrics, and creative problem solving to maximize brand impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, PR, or Communication.
- Additional qualifications in Digital Marketing or Trade Marketing will be considered an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles within an international FMCG environment.
- Background in positions such as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or Head of Marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital tools, and consumer-driven marketing strategies.
