Philip Morris International is looking for Indirect Retail Executive in Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory development plans aligned with regional strategy to maximize business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with retail customers and trade partners
  • Achieve and monitor KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure optimal coverage, route planning, and execution across the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in high-potential POSs
  • Execute merchandising activities and support proper product display and placement
  • Advise retailers on stock levels, product rotation, and optimal ordering practices
  • Present new product launches and ensure timely market implementation
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to position the company as a reliable business partner
  • Collect and analyze market, customer, and consumer insights to support decision-making
  • Ensure proper execution of trade activity programs and effective resource utilization
  • Monitor compliance and provide feedback on program effectiveness and trade satisfaction
  • Support execution of collect consumer feedback
  • Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (will be considered an advantage)
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG (will be considered an advantage)
  • Hands-on experience in field execution, customer management, and territory development (will be considered an advantage)
