Your day-to-day:
- Manage complex workplace projects (construction, renovations, relocations, installations, real estate).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience across office, field, and remote environments.
- Analyze employee and internal customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure high‑quality, efficient, and human‑centric office support services.
- Manage a fleet of company vehicles, including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, licensing, documentation, reporting, rentals, outsourced transport, and full asset lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with vehicle suppliers and ensure alignment with sustainability and cost‑efficiency goals.Lead budgeting, cost monitoring, CapEx management, financial reporting, and cost‑saving initiatives for Workplace Experience.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and local regulations across all WX activities.
- Oversee facilities management, including repairs, maintenance, space optimization, workplace safety, and smooth daily operations.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office equipment, furniture, stationery, catering and canteen supplies, and drinking water.
- Ensure timely and cost‑effective vendor delivery of goods and services.
- Lead vendor management: tenders, negotiations, KPIs, SLAs, performance reviews.
- Oversee contracts for general services, fleet management, transportation, catering/canteen, facility management, wellbeing, and travel.
- Oversee travel services for employees, expats, and visitors (tickets, hotels, visas, airport support).
- Ensure compliance of travel services with local legislation and company policies.
- Support relocations, international mobility, and short‑/long‑term assignments.
- Lead and develop the Workplace Experience team: roles, KPIs, training needs, performance, capability growth.
- Organize corporate events (Christmas, family events) and wellbeing activities.
- Collaborate with global/local teams on workplace improvements, benchmarking, sustainability, and community initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking, Gemba walks, employee listening activities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee records and archive management, ensuring proper retention, storage, retrieval, disposal, and legal compliance.
Who we're looking for:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Extensive experience in Facilities Management, Procurement, Financial Management, Project Management, Fleet Management, Engineering, or Continuous Improvement in a multinational environment.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Strong planning, negotiation, analytical, and customer‑centric skills.

Proven leadership and people management capabilities.

Strong project management experience with the ability to run complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

Ability to drive strategic improvements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
