Position Title:  Sr. Customs Specialist

Your day-to-day:

• Preparing customs declarations for the import / export of goods arriving at the address of the Company. § Calculation customs payments amount, accounting and control of expenses.

• Verification of shipping documents and collection of full set of non-tariff documents needed for customs clearance

• Performing transactions in internal systems (SAP).

• Interaction with customs authorities and/or other government agencies on customs clearance issues within the scope of power of attorney and in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures. § Participation in internal and external audits, if necessary.

• Obtaining Certificates for imported products and/or other documents required for customs declaration in accordance with applicable non-tariff regulation measures.

• Checking the status of the product by digital marking in the operator portal "CRPT TURON".

• Generation of reports on digital marking when importing goods subject to labeling in accordance with the law (formation of AIK).

• Creating requests to the operator to return

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education
• General professional experience in the field of foreign economic activity / supply chain
• At least 3 years of experience as a customs clearance specialist is required
• Knowledge of SAP, Track & Trace (systems for tracking the movement of finished products) will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or above, both written and spoken) is preferable
