Your day-to-day:
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies in line with business priorities for the CAS market.
- Coordinate the rollout of trade and promotional initiatives across relevant sales channels.
- Analyze market, channel, and performance data to support decision-making and effectiveness of activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Monitor implementation of trade initiatives and prepare regular performance reports.
- Contribute to budget planning and tracking of trade marketing activities.
- Support the identification and adoption of best practices, adapted to local market conditions.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher education in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, or commercial roles.
- Understanding of retail channels and trade marketing principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Proficiency in English is preferable.
- Confident user of MS Office and corporate systems.
