Our 24‑month Manufacturing Operations Future Leaders Program offers a rigorous, hands‑on experience where you will work on high‑impact initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and build the breadth and depth required to succeed as a manufacturing leader.

It is a leadership accelerator for professionals with proven experience and strong potential.

From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful, project‑based work that directly supports operational excellence and business performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Operational Initiatives
    Drive projects across manufacturing operations focusing on performance, production effectiveness, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver Continuous Improvement
    Identify and implement opportunities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale using structured problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Own Complex Projects
    Manage cross‑functional initiatives aligned with business priorities, from analysis through execution and performance tracking.
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders
    Present insights, recommendations, and results to manufacturing senior leaders and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate & Innovate
    Work across functions and, for top performers, across markets—contributing new ideas, technical alternatives, and innovative approaches to real operational challenges.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking experienced, high‑potential professionals who are ready to grow faster, think broader, and lead with impact.

You bring:

  • 5 years of professional experience, ideally in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or related environments
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project leadership skills
  • The ability to work independently, influence across levels, and deliver results
  • A continuous improvement mindset and strong learning agility
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to be based in Batangas, with flexibility for rotations and possible regional exposure
