About the Future in Progress: Graduates program
Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around rotations, giving you exposure to different teams and areas of the business. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum — including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons — high challenges, high support from mentors and senior leaders.
During your rotations, you could work in areas such as:
- Operations: Drive efficient manufacturing, supply chain, and product distribution to ensure global availability of PMI’s products. Focus on operational excellence, quality control, and cost optimization across factories and logistics networks. Supports the shift to smoke-free products through innovation, scalability, and continuous process improvement. Be a part of our procurement HUBs or Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have:
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
- A maximum of 2-years of relevant work experience.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Legal right to work in the Philippines (without sponsorship).
- Valid driver’s license
- Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market.
- Initiative and courage to experiment.
- Capacity to set priorities and solve complex problems occurring in production or any other operations area.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
