As an intern, you'll gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines and work on projects that directly contribute to improving processes, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting organizational goals.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the P&C Operations team with day-to-day activities, including data entry, document management, and process coordination.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and information within HR systems and databases.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, data pulls, and presentations to support business and HR initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement projects focused on increasing efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on projects related to onboarding, compliance, employee lifecycle changes, talent processes, and policy updates.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, file maintenance, reporting requests, ticket management, and special projects.
  • Support employee communications, engagement activities, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the internship.

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Interest in Human Resources, employee experience, talent acquisition, or people operations.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $30.00/hour
