PMI U.S., a rapidly growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturer and market leader of well-known smokeless tobacco products, nicotine ZYN pouch products, as well as complementary products, is currently seeking a Trade Program Operations Sr. Specialist in our Tampa, FL office.

 

The Trade Program Operations Sr. Specialist supports the execution of the company’s Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes within Salesforce. This role works collaboratively with the Sales Enablement & Infrastructure team to ensure trade programs are accurately structured, compliant, and executed in alignment with defined business requirements. Responsibilities include supporting program setup and execution, maintaining data integrity across systems, assisting with accrual and compliance processes.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

    • Execute the lifecycle of trade programs, including setup, validation, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to defined business and financial requirements.
    • Maintain TPM templates, program structures, and master data within Salesforce to support standardization and audit readiness.
    • Support Finance in validating accruals, payments, and participation data to ensure accurate program performance and financial reporting.
    • Ensure TPM data accuracy by partnering with Data Engineering to reconcile external actuals, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues for resolution.
    • Develop and update documentation, training materials, and process guides to support user adoption and consistent program execution.
    • Track compliance and performance metrics, highlighting variances and supporting process improvement efforts.
    • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, including testing enhancements to TPM functionality and reporting tools.

Who we’re looking for:

    • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years analyst or operational experience (CPG preferred)
    • Foundational knowledge of trade promotion management, sales operations, or commercial program administration
    • Experience with Salesforce (CG Cloud and/or TPM modules preferred) or similar CRM systems
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SOQL or data validation tools preferred
    • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines
    • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to follow defined processes and support business requirements
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000
