As a Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing communication, and supporting administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your ‘day to day’:
· Actioning requisitions tickets by opening and assigning them to recruiting manager in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the recruiting workflow in the (ATS) and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates, ensuring availability and a smooth scheduling process.
  • Assist with the creation, distribution, and tracking of offer letters while ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Assess the progress of background checks, identify any issues, and provide updates to the relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates and new hires, including handling reimbursements and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Draft and send clear, timely and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, P&C partners and Employee lifecycle teams ensuring all messages are accurate, well written and aligned with process expectations.
  • Support additional recruitment-related initiatives and special projects as needed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR support, or related field.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, paying close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic reporting.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Compensation: $34 – 43 / hour – Exempt, Over-time Eligible
