Your ‘day to day’:

  • Foster the development of team capabilities by coaching, providing actionable feedback, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide clarity on processes, controls, and expectations across the team and internal partners.
  • Oversee accurate and timely execution of payments according to the defined schedules and compliant methods.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive standardization across P2P processes, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Support adoption of AIpowered automation to streamline AP workflows
  • Contribute to development of processes, controls, and improved work organization
  • Collaborate with AP teams, Treasury, Data Integrity, Commercial, and other S2P stakeholders
  • Exception handling and queries from vendors and business users
  • Propose UAT scenarios and support testing cycles
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness during peak periods such as monthend and quarterend activities
  • Complies with all corporate NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality standards, especially when handling sensitive data, audit materials, payment files, or commercially sensitive vendor information.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • A university degree or advanced student, preferably in Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing within a multinational environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience managing teams
  • ERP proficiency, with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics FO (DynFO).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  •  Adaptability to change, dealing with ambiguity
  •  Problemsolving and continuous improvement orientation

 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $96,000 - $121,000
