About the Role:
The purpose of the Senior Solution Architect role is to create, represent and champion sustainable and value creating solution choices, architectures and solution designs. The Senior Solution Architect is involved throughout demand and service delivery, from idea/demand to design and implementation, and subsequent maintenance and enhancement. The Senior Solution Architect also defines, maintains and evolves solution specific architectural standards and guidelines, in line with overall standards and guidelines.
About the team:
The MS Dynamics Services Team is responsible for developing, operating and enhancing application services supporting a broad scope of business capabilities, including Marketing, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Production, Sales, Business Control and Accounting and Reporting. The SCC collaborates tightly in service teams, including business, IT and vendor members. Its services are reliable, fit for purpose, cost efficient, agile and secure.
Your Day to Day:
- Estimate, create and implement robust, performance optimized, efficient, scalable, reusable and value creating architectures as well as functional and non-functional designs to fulfill solution requirements.
- Define, maintain and evolve solution specific architectural standards and guidelines, in line with overall standards and guidelines
- Ensure that architectures, functional designs and non-functional designs are appropriately documented
- Provide guidance to developers and users
- Perform or lead fit/gap analysis between solution requirements, best practices, existing functionalities and future functionalities
- Maintain solutions and support users according to agreed service levels
- Continuously acquire the skills required for services and components within the scope of responsibilities
- Manage projects and activities including define and execute project/activity scope, time plan and budget
- Ensure development of well designed, robust, performance optimized, commented, testable and efficient coding and configuration of solutions to meet functional, non-functional as well as technical design specifications, includes testing.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a Solution Architect or similar role within Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Supply Chain Management, including integrations, data architecture, and system design best practices
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering results
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills with experience planning and coordinating the work of others, leveraging modern IT delivery practices
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English

Annual Base Salary Range: $136,000-$170,000
