About the Role
The Senior Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA) owns the solution architecture for the SFS&GBS Logistics portfolio, designing and governing end-to-end logistics solutions and key integration points across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across B2B and B2C channels for US market.
- Design scalable and integrated solutions covering:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Promotions
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Accounts Receivable & Cash Application
- Define solution outlines, architecture blueprints, and high-level solution designs.
- Ensure seamless integration between O2C, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Domain Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Teams.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable SAP-centric solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and solution quality assurance.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and adoption of SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
- Support S/4HANA transformation programs, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on O2C capabilities, process optimization, and technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (SAP SD).

- Strong knowledge of integrations with:
- WMS / EWM solutions
- Finance (FI/CO)
- Procurement (MM)
- Transportation & Logistics platforms
- Third-party applications and APIs
- Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
- Familiarity with US-specific business systems and integrations:
- Avalara
- Shopify
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of integration technologies (API, IDoc, EDI, middleware).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on O2C processes.
- 5+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Architect roles.
- Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven experience designing solutions across O2C, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environments preferred.
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA, SD, Solution Architecture) preferred.
- Experience working with global consulting organizations or large-scale transformation programs preferred.
Annual Base Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000
