About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic projects consisting of multiple interconnected initiatives, ensuring alignment with PMI’s business strategy and delivery excellence standards.
The role focuses on orchestrating cross-functional delivery, managing interdependencies, optimizing resources, and ensuring measurable business value realization across the full project lifecycle.
In PMI SAP ERP programs, the Project Manager provides delivery leadership across SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, MDG, integration across all phases incl. data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper care. The role ensures that business, technology, finance, security, compliance, and external delivery partners operate against one integrated plan, with clear ownership, measurable readiness criteria, and disciplined stage-gate governance.
The role is accountable for creating transparency on delivery health, surfacing cross-stream dependencies early, driving objective go/no-go recommendations, and ensuring that SAP ERP outcomes are supportable, auditable, and aligned with PMI business value expectations.
Your ‘day to day’:
Project Leadership
- Own end-to-end project delivery and outcomes.
- Define project structure, governance, and operating model.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
- Drive business value realization and benefits tracking.
Delivery & Governance
- Implement project governance and delivery standards.
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, and overall project health.
- Maintain executive reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decisions and strategic alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships across Business, IT, Finance, and external partners.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and mitigate project-level risks.
- Manage dependencies, constraints, and escalations.
- Govern scope changes and maintain delivery discipline.
- Drive timely issue resolution across teams.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects.
- Track value realization and business benefits.
- Ensure transparency of financial performance.
Operational Readiness
- Ensure solutions are support-ready and sustainable.
- Define transition and handover plans.
- Validate operational documentation and readiness criteria.
- Minimize post-go-live disruption risks.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote modern delivery practices and AI adoption.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Share best practices and mentor project managers.

Who we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs in global organizations.
- Proven delivery of ERP implementations and rollouts, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs.
- Experience delivering North America / US market deployments, including business process harmonization, compliance, change management, and market readiness.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying global template solutions and supporting localization requirements.
- Experience creating and governing implementation artifacts, including:
- Business process templates
- Solution design documents
- Process maps and fit-gap assessments
- Testing strategies and test scripts
- Data migration plans
- Deployment and cutover plans
- Governance and reporting frameworks
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000
