The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive financial support to business partners and lead selected analytical initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across key financial cycles, including budget preparation, analysis of actual results versus forecasts, and execution of ad‑hoc or scenario‑based cost analyses. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost control, and high-quality financial insights.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Manage the end-to-end cost and budget control process, including budget planning, monitoring of actuals, and proactive engagement with business partners to ensure delivery of financial performance within the assigned area.
- Gather headcount assumptions and perform salary & wages calculations as part of standard budgeting cycles, as well as on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders and accounting teams.
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment of financials, conduct regular and ad‑hoc analysis of Legal Entity and management reporting results, and address related queries.
- Prepare assigned financial and corporate reports within defined timelines, support monthly P&L analysis, and drive efficient reporting processes while ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools to enhance scalability, improve insights, and support data-driven decision making.
- Provide financial guidance for market projects to ensure proper recording and tracking of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and promote continuous improvement across financial workflows.
Who we’re looking for:
Minimum qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or similar roles
- Experience working in a multinational company is strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to operate in a complex, cross‑functional and multi‑market environment.
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with financial systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to be on-site 3x a week onsite in Tampa, FL
Preferred qualifications:
- Financial certification (CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to details.
- Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality output under tight deadlines.
- Strong learning agility and commitment to development.
Annual Base Salary Range: $96,000 - $121,000
