This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.
The Manager, Trade Program Tech & Infrastructure will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Trade Promotion Management processes within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. This role ensures trade programs are structured, compliant, and optimized to deliver measurable business impact. The position requires strong technical program management expertise combined with deep knowledge of trade promotion workflows and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of trade programs: setup, approval, execution, and closure.
- Define and enforce TPM governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of TPM processes and workflows.
- Update documentation regularly.
- Maintain and enhance TPM templates, master data, and workflows.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering.
- Lead system optimization projects.
- Align TPM strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as primary liaison between commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools.
- Manage and mentor TPM team members.
- Provide training and enablement resources.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in Trade Promotion Management, Sales Ops, or Technical Program Management required; 3+ years with Salesforce required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and SOQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and driving system enhancements.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $127,500-$170,000
