As part of this transformation journey, we’re looking for a Key Account Supervisor to join our Commercial team in Taiwan.

This role provides a strong platform to build your key account management career. You will support account execution, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive commercial performance across assigned key accounts. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to account planning, trade activation, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Your Day to Day:

Key Account Execution & Support

  • Support the development and execution of key account plans in line with business objectives and overall PMI direction.
  • Execute agreed plans through trade activation, sales cycles, brand initiatives, and trade programs.
  • Support initiatives to improve visibility, availability, pricing execution, and in-store quality across assigned accounts.

Sales Performance & KPI Tracking

  • Support monthly sales forecasting and tracking for assigned key accounts by account, brand, and SKU.
  • Monitor performance against key KPIs such as IMS, off-take, Share of Market, and trade effectiveness.
  • Assist in analyzing performance gaps and proposing improvement actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales and performance reporting.

Trade Development & Customer Interaction

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key account customers through regular engagement and follow-up.
  • Support identification of growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in execution plans.
  • Help ensure stock availability, pricing compliance, and effective merchandising execution.
  • Assist in implementing trade programs and customer initiatives to support portfolio growth.

Business Planning & Governance

  • Contribute to key account planning and review processes.
  • Support preparation and administration of customer agreements, ensuring compliance with approved plans and policies.
  • Assist in monitoring account performance and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Support preparation of commercial operating plans and internal submissions as required.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect market and customer insights through daily interactions with key accounts and field teams.
  • Share relevant market updates with Commercial Management and Field Sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate key account data in internal systems.
  • Support preparation of regular performance reviews and reports.

Brand & Portfolio Support

  • Support management of PMI’s brand portfolio within assigned accounts, focusing on availability, pricing discipline, and execution quality.
  • Assist in coordinating new brand and product launches with key accounts.
  • Support preparation of materials for customer negotiations and brand initiatives.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support key account–related projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Field Sales) to support smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and support delivery against agreed timelines.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally within FMCG or multinational environments; exposure to key account management or CVS customers is an advantage.
  • Solid communication and coordination skills with basic negotiation exposure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales data and reports.
  • Field Sales or trade execution experience is a strong plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial career.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
