With this transformation comes unprecedented opportunity. As part of our Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team, we are looking for a Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our Taiwan market strategy and driving high-impact, multi-year initiatives across the organization.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and transformation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and/or contribute to high-impact strategic projects across the organization, spanning commercial, external affairs, new business development, market entry, business model innovation, growth acceleration, and profitability optimization
- Drive the Taiwan market strategy cycle, including Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Budget (OB), and OGSM implementation—ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Structure and lead complex problem-solving workstreams, defining the intellectual agenda and delivering actionable insights
- Leverage fact-based analyses including competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and route-to-market assessments to identify opportunities and recommend optimal solutions
- Translate strategy into execution by developing compelling recommendations, securing stakeholder buy-in, and driving implementation with a bias for action
- Orchestrate and facilitate governance of cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs
- Support the development of executive-level presentations, delivering clear narratives and insights for senior leadership decision-making
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to identify new business opportunities and validate growth initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, with strong communication and storytelling capabilities
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, resilience, and a bias for action
- Ability to navigate complexity, manage ambiguity, and drive results in dynamic, matrix organizations
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across diverse and international teams
- Strong business acumen, including financial modelling, consumer insights, and strategic planning frameworks
- Effective prioritization skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business planning, or commercial analytics
- Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer electronics, telecom, financial services, or adjacent consumer-facing industries is a plus
- Advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- International exposure and fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
