Position Title:  Sr Manager Commercial Enablement

As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement to lead capability development, commercial excellence, learning transformation, and performance enablement initiatives across Taiwan.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Digital, Consumer Experience, and People & Culture teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial organization has the skills, tools, frameworks, and capabilities required to drive business performance and support long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute the commercial capability and enablement strategy across the organization.
• Design and implement competency frameworks, learning pathways, capability-building programs, and certification initiatives.
• Drive learning transformation through modern learning solutions, digital platforms, and scalable development programs.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted development plans.
• Lead commercial enablement projects that improve sales effectiveness, execution excellence, and organizational performance.
• Measure capability outcomes through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deploy best practices and support PMI's transformation agenda.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Capability Development, Learning & Development, Sales Excellence, Commercial Planning, or related functions.
• Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale capability or organizational development programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working in complex, matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to measure impact and drive decision-making.
• Previous people leadership experience and a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, consulting, or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
