About the Role
As Senior Manager IT, you will lead the market’s technology agenda, partnering with business leaders to identify and deliver solutions that create measurable value. You will connect local priorities with regional and global Tech strategies, ensuring enterprise initiatives are effectively adopted and executed in the market.
What You’ll Do
Business Partnership and Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to local business leaders and functions.
  • Translate business priorities into technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and growth.
  • Align market priorities with regional and global Tech strategies.
  • Represent local requirements in regional and global Tech forums and projects.
IT Operations and Service Delivery
  • Lead reliable, secure, and effective Tech services across the market.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex technology issues affecting business operations.
  • Improve Tech services, processes, user experience, and service performance.
Regional Collaboration and Project Execution
  • Partner with Tech teams to implement enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the rollout, adoption, and optimization of regional and global technologies.
  • Strengthen collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support business continuity, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management initiatives.
  • Maintain effective governance processes and controls across technology operations.
  • Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy teams to strengthen market practices.
People and Financial Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local Tech team.
  • Manage recruitment, performance, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
  • Significant technology leadership experience, preferably within a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience managing IT operations, service delivery, and business partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, workplace technologies, and support operations.
  • Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to balance strategy with execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
