As part of this bold vision, we’re seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Manager to join our team in Taiwan.
This is your opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping our people strategy in the market, partnering with leaders, driving transformation programs, and elevating the employee experience at a pivotal moment in PMI’s journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with senior business leaders in Taiwan to understand organisational needs and co‑create P&C strategies that drive business performance and support PMI’s transformation.
- Lead the deployment of P&C operating models and support organisational change through effective change management methodologies.
- Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent, structures, and capabilities are in place for current and future business needs.
- Provide expert guidance across core P&C areas including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
- Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance people‑related decision-making and enable continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships across functions and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders within the Taiwan organisation.
- Lead, coach, and develop P&C team members, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and high performance.
- Ensure all P&C processes and initiatives comply with local labour regulations and PMI’s internal standards.
- Communicate people policies, practices, and organisational updates clearly and effectively in both English and Chinese.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR Management or HR Business Partnering with a strong track record of delivering impactful people solutions.
- Experience in deploying operating models, leading change management initiatives, and supporting strategic workforce planning.
- Proven capability to collaborate with and influence senior business partners in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- Strong capabilities across key P&C focus areas — data-driven decision-making, business partnering, and experience-led thinking.
- Solid understanding of core P&C disciplines including rewards, talent, performance management, learning and leadership, employee experience, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
