Position Title: Manager, Digital Marketing B2B

We’re looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing (B2B) (internally: Manager, DTE Operations) to lead our digital trade engagement platform and elevate how we connect, communicate, and create value with retailers across Taiwan.
This role is central to shaping our digital presence, driving commercial impact, and strengthening retailer loyalty through datadriven activation and seamless digital experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and deploy digital trade activation strategies tailored to Taiwan’s market, aligned with long-term commercial objectives.

Partner with Channel, Trade Activation, and Marketing teams to translate brand and trade strategies into impactful digital engagement.

Lead agencies to design and optimise UX/UI, enhancing the user experience and introducing new features that improve engagement.

Collaborate with regional, global, and IT stakeholders on system enhancements and feature activation.

Analyse user, transaction, and platform data to uncover opportunities, optimise performance, and guide strategy.

Monitor market trends and competitor behaviour to support target-setting and commercial planning.

Manage digital budgets, ensuring effective investment and strong ROI.
Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or related fields.

5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or B2B commercial roles.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar data tools.

A collaborative team player with a passion for digital transformation and retailer engagement.
